Why Inspected360 Was Created
After owning homes across multiple regions of the country, I learned that a good inspection is about more than checking systems and components. It’s about communication, judgment, and helping people clearly understand visible and readily accessible conditions before important decisions are made.
That is the standard I built Inspected360 around.
Who the Inspection Works For
Every inspection works for the client who hired me.
The inspection does not work for the deal, the agent, the seller, the buyer, or anyone else’s agenda unless that person is the client. My job is to observe, document, explain, and report visible and readily accessible conditions clearly and independently within the scope of a residential home inspection.
Your report belongs to you. Inspection findings are not shared without your approval. That independence matters whether you are buying a home, preparing to sell, or trying to better understand visible conditions in a home you already own.
I also believe pre-listing inspections are often overlooked by sellers. Homeowners facing transition, downsizing, estate decisions, relocation, or years of deferred maintenance deserve a clearer picture before buyers, deadlines, and negotiations add pressure.
